Koha & Eleven is a restaurant and bar at 11 St Martin’s Court, London WC2N 4AJ. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Contact form. If you send us a message through the website, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
Reservations. Bookings are handled by OpenTable, a third-party service. When you book a table you are passed to OpenTable and your booking data is processed under their privacy policy, not ours.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to keep the site running. We also use caching and security software that may temporarily store this information.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed for the website to function and to protect against malicious activity. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our bookings — principally our hosting provider and OpenTable — and where we are required to by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
